    I have spent the past ten minutes having a great chuckle - thanks for directing us to this.
    Clearly someone who has been in the job for years: much exaggeration built on many underlying truths. Brilliant!
    And I am delighted to have finally discovered where the term "scaffolding" came from. This had been one of life's great mysteries to me hitherto...

  12. I agree about the laughs, but not so sure if it is that much of an exaggeration! I've worked in places that are just like that! (In their expectations that is)
