Hi all...I'm panicking slightly. I am a trained teacher but looking to get a TA position due to life circumstances. I have an interview tomorrow but they expect a phonics lesson with a small group of children. If I'm successful in that I will move onto the interview. I am well versed in KS2 so feel completely out of my depth! I'm guessing maybe a 30 min session is expected. Can someone kindly give me some ideas! Phonics are not my strength right now!
    Thank you in advance!

Look at the 'letters and sounds' document.
    What age are you teaching?
    Nursery, phase 1...year 2, phase 6
But in between, could be anything.

The phonics scheme we use is called sounds write, it's really effective and we have seen a big difference in the literacy levels since we started using it! Have a look at the website for some ideas :)
