Year 6 and SMT never get observed - is this the norm?

    Thank you for all your responses. It's turning into one of those weeks. Hopefully next week will be better.

    Everyone is observed at mine. Year 6 more often actually!!! :(

    A really good point, but as you have pointed out these are for probationary periods.
  4. Yes that's right. Not after 5,10.15,25 or even 30 years to be measured by the same tap measure. Whihc is not to say we do not get rusty, stale. slow of foot and mind, our blood runs colder but is squeezing us into the shoes of a first year teacher going to inccrease our stride again, lift our minds, polish our imaginations, freshen up our outlooks and stir once again the passions of our blood. I sense not.
