    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas they'd be able to share around the topic of money with Year 3. With home learning I don't want my planning to be death by powerpoint and was hoping for some more practical suggestions they could try to keep engaged over the week's topic.

Thanks for any help and hope everyone's keeping safe.

How about asking your children to play shop?
Or take out items of food from the cupboards and line them up in order of price?
Or take combinations of items and add up their prices?
Or find change from a ten pound note?
Or work out fractions of pocket money?

Hope these are of some help.
