    Good Evening,

I'm looking for Year 3 books which are engaging and great for literacy sequence planning. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance

    :)

Have a look on The Write Stuff and steal some ideas for books from there.
You may not want to teach literacy in their way, you'd need your school to agree, but the books are good.
I used some from year 2, 3 and 4 this year with my higher than average year 3 class.

Similarly look on Twin kl and Hamilton Trust to see what books they have.
Again, make your own plans, but the books there will help give you ideas.

The Iron Man, Charlotte's Web, The Midnight Fox and anything by Roald Dahl will be great.
