    Hi All,
    Year 2 school excursions I would highly recommend are;
    1. The Australian Museum - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander exhibitions NSW
    2. RouseHill Schoolhouse and Farm NSW
    3. Mount Annan 'Water In my world' (sustainability) a lot of hands on experiences.
    4. Randwick Centennial Parklands NSW
    5. The Powerhouse Museum NSW
    6. NSW Schoolhouse Museum of Public Education North Ryde

    If you have any please share :)

    Hi Randaelk

    Those are great excursions. I love Mt Annan and all the Botanical gardens, they all run informative programs with great guides and the hands on learning experience are amazing! I have been a few times and loved each visit.

    I would also recommend visiting Waragamba Dam, a bonus is that its a free excursion!! And dont be put off that it is free, their program is also really good.

    The UOW have a science workshop that i think caters for Stage 1, im certain for the younger grades.

    The Powerhouse museum and other museums are closed to mid 2020 for renovations.
