Wrong advice from exam board - complaints procedure?

  1. If the coursework is being submitted supply a copy of the email and an explanation with it. If the moderator is coming in explain and supply copy of email. In the past we have awarded grades and submitted any correspondence to Edexcel with the work explaining what has been awarded and why.

    There is a dedicated forum for OCR's AS Level ICT at http://groups.google.com/group/ocr-ict with access to hundreds of teachers delivering this course.
    Complaints regarding this year's structured tasks, the mark scheme and OCR's pettiness are countless!
     
  3. I seem to remember hundreds of teachers left AQA's A-level ICT course a few years because of the combination of incompetence and intransigence of moderators and examiners. - and it seems they have presumably migrated from AQA to OCR in search of their former "prey".
