Well I have an interview, with special thanks to the tips in the Interview section so thank you Theo.
I have to performa written task for a DH position and a presentation on the day ( titile given then) What could the written tasks include? How would I prepare? Just a bit worried now as I am questionning my ability and feel like giving up Any ideas greatly appreciated.

    Well done there, excellent news!
The written task could be, for example, replying to a letter from a difficult parent, writing an entry for newsletter introducing yourself, or an in-tray exercise.
Look in the Interview Tips clickable inside the Welcome thread - there is a whole section on Leadership Interviews as well as the general tips that are worth reading.
I look forward to you starting a new thread called Dear Theo - I got that job!
