Unfortunately my one year fixed term contract is not being renewed for September due to funding.

At the weekend I found out a local school just a few days earlier had advertised TA jobs (x3). I have missed the closing date obviously, but would a headteacher even look at my CV if I posted/hand delivered it?

The said school is on the same site as the school I left last year (two different headteachers).

    Any advise welcome.....

I'm not sure if they will look at your application after the closing date, but one thing is certain - they definitely won't look at it if you don't send it! It has to be worth a try - I'd hand deliver it if possible as that will get it there quicker. Good luck!

Lol, that is true. I might just do that in that case.
    Thanks

Well, I hand delivered it today. Won't hold my breath. Their loss.
