writing examples eyfs

    Does anyone happen to have or know where I can find examples of writing for each stage? For example, what does writing look like at 22-36 months? 30-50 months etc or even better, at 22-36 emerging, developing and secure etc? Through to ELG.

    Have you read the statements in Development Matters? It's only a guide and not a statutory document but it words it for you. Up to the bracket 40-60 months, the expectation of a child that age is beginning to make discernable marks and shapes.
    Many people make their own collections of what it looks like in each year group. That is what we have spent the last year doing.
