I am doing my L5 dyslexia qualification and have to assess learners using the single word reading and single word spelling from WRAT 4 (I know it has since been upgraded to 5).
I have the blue forms, but no idea how to mark/translate the raw score into a standardised assessment as I don’t have the manual. Can anyone offer help?

Without the manuals you are stuck I'm afraid!

Is there anyone near me that would be prepared to lend me a copy of the manual for a weekend/week? I’m in Somerset.

I think I have an old WRAT 4 manual if you still need one
