Would you apply for the following job?

Discussion in 'Early Years' started by jules2001, Apr 13, 2012.

  1. I am just curious to know if any teachers would apply for a job in a school that is in Special Measures and is about to become an Academy.

  2. yes if I needed a job!
i'd have a look round, to the best of my skills try and judge if I thought it was on the way up.
I'd think about the reasons it was in special mesures.
I prob wouldn't leave a job i was in, if i was happy at my school.
but ultimately if I needed a job i'd be applying.
Sometimes the schools that know they need to improve are more dynamic, more CPD etc, it could be ok.
