worried about resignation and continuous service

  2. Not sure how you can check exactly but I think the end date is 1May. Its not usually a problem!

    If you resign on 28th Feb you are contractually obliged to stay til 30 April.

    Continuous service is taken into account when looking at eligibility for maternity pay - not sure what else.
    Why are you leaving without a job to go to: it's what employers will ask you?
