I am a Year Six teacher and we have started using the Creative Curriculum (Chris Quigley units) My next theme is 'World Kitchen.' I am trying to think of a novel I can use with the children and also a history area. I was thinking Aztecs, but the Year 4/5 teacher has just done this.

Any ideas or help with the topic in general would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Its main focus is food from around the world - I have left my folder at school so don't have the areas of focus sheet with me.
