Workshops for Schools - How do you find them?

Discussion in 'Independent' started by Krisdani, Jan 19, 2012.

  1. I wonder if you could help me?
We are looking to promote our "Active Maths" workshops to Primary Schools in the North West and are looking at how best to approach the marketing activity.
If you were looking for workshops, where would you look ?
Search engine - "Workshops for Schools" maybe ?
    Advertising in education magazines ?
Would you follow up on marketing emails / newsletters sent to your school?
    Other?
Your views would be very welcome - thanks in advance

I generaly dismiss most circulars that arrive in my pigeon hole. I tend to put them straight into the recycle bin. Emails are even less likely to arrive with me!
I prefer to get recommendations from colleagues in other schools, or at conferences. Or an article in a magazine.
