    I have an interview at a local school to be a TA and just wanted to get an understanding on any key skills or personal attributes I could draw on for the interview?

    I have;

    Paitence
    Consistency
    Praise/Rewards
    Humour
    Resiliance

    Anyone able to offer any advice, would be greatly appricatiated.

    Thanks

    Just saw this , I’m in the same boat interview tomorrow! Have you done this job before? You’ve got some good points there. Do you have nvq2/3 and gcse maths and English?

    I have no experience of working in SEND Schools so can't offer any real practical advice. I'm sure they will ask you about your experience with children with a range of SEN, and there will be a question or two about safeguarding.

    Really just want to wish you both the best of luck! Let us know how you get on.
