Been into this a lot. Strange with no audiences but been sone thrilling matches and more to come.
Don’t like the way Judd Trump conducts himself but still a great player. Not got any favourites except the Welsh ones obviously but world t mind Kyeran Wilson winning this year.

I've been watching the snooker too Red .
I'm with you on the Trump front , he was rather sulky when he lost a match in a championship match before this chanmpionship started . Rather took me back .
Ronnie O'Sullivan is value for money especially his post match interviews lol.
As for a winner I really don't have a preference although it might be nice for an outsider to win it .
The false clapping is quite interesting too.

Did you see Ronnie's comments about the current crop of youngsters coming into the game?

Tongue in cheek, but provocative none the less.

Good post Norse. O Sullivan has a very bizarre interview yesterdAy but he’s a natural genius at snooker. Very moody too!

O'Sullivan looked great on the final couple of frames I watched last night.

    But the after-match interview? Ouch.

I believe he's bi polar or that's what has been given as an explanation in i the past , or to my mind Aspergers .An enigma certainly .

Ah right I didn’t know that. It was a very unusual interview. He doesn’t seem to care

I think he has genuine MH problems.

This would explain his infamous conceding a match early against Hendry.

Ronnie has suffered from some significant MH issues for a long time now - but he is the one of the all time greats.

I wish Jimmy White had won the WC, or that both of them could have won this, which is the most thrilling frame I can remember.

I remember watching this live in 1982.

Higgins comes back from being 59 down to win with a 69 break full of his kind of shot:

It’s interesting to debate who has been the greatest player since Joe Davis and I never saw him so I can only go on the ones I’ve seen. In this order these are the best and the ones I liked to watch.

    1 Ronnie O Sullivan
    2 Stephen Hendry
    3 Steve Davis
    4 Alex Higgins
    5 Mark Williams
    6 John Higgins
    7 Jimmy White
    8 Mark Selby
    9 Ray Reardon
    10 Doug Mountjoy
