WJEC New Spec GCSE ICT Course

Discussion in 'Computing and ICT' started by welsh_gje, May 5, 2010.

  1. Evening All,
With the GCSE coursework out of the way and our Applied ICT Alevel stuff to be sent soon I've started to look at the new WJEC spec for the new course.
The school didn't let me go on the insets arranged by the WJEC but I've been sent the contents of the cd by a colleague.
Has anyone started preparing yet for this course?
Any collaboration welcome - especially from welsh schools.
  2. Year 10 coursework looks very familiar to the Functional Skills material the WJEC uses, would recommend having a look at that. Theory not to disimilar to before. There are text books out there endorsed by the WJEC for the new specification, I think they are Folens. Haven't really started to look at it in great deal, will start when year 11s are gone.
