Thank you Minnieme (sorry, don't know how to tag properly) for reminding me of the Book Club forum in my previous post. I was struck by one thread in particular and would like to resurrect it here, as this forum gets a lot more traffic. It's titled 'Change the book title by one letter' and there are some hilarious offerings (I don't include my own at the end, but tried my best.) It was started by Trelassik - are you still around? Anyway, the premise is to knock off the last letter of a book title, such as The Da Vinci Cod, The spy who loved M (my favourite!) You get the idea. The contributions are enhanced if you can provide a brief synopsis for the new title, such as Three Men in a Boa ( intrepid explorers get eaten by very hungry snake) Over to you then. I will know if you have lifted ideas from the original thread....
