Looking at the blue-green of the sea and the lovely white sand, one feels it ought to be somewhere in the Mediterranean, but is it by any chance 'Whitesands' in Cornwall welshchocoholic?
In which case enjoy the Cornich ice-cream, scone teas, pasties etc.

Is it in Cornwall - Polzeath?
Otherwise my thoughts were Portugal - but I think it is too green for that.

  7. Yes - it's like a virtual mystery tour [IMG]
I think you may be going to Pembrokeshire - but have no real idea! I am sure you will have fun though.

If I had known that you were going beforehand, I would have thought how to bribe you to tell her that JobSeekers is The Best!

Nah - all dead easy, thanks to Google Goggles! I've only just thought of using that.
But I'll let the others guess . . . it is a bit cheating.
    Have a LOVELY time Welshie.
    Best wishes

Please enlighten me! Don't know how to Google Goggles! [IMG]

  12. I am stuck too - I can't be bothered to download googlegoogles although I love the name,[IMG]
Theo, I know Exeter very well, if you worked at the college you may recognise this!
Silly me - you wil Google Google!

It's an Android App for smartphones and tablets (I have a Galaxy Tab).
You open up Google Goggles, aim your camera at something (in real life, or a picture). In this case, at the screen. It then analyses it. If it can find something similar on the internet, it tells you what it is.
So it's like a Google search, only instead of inputting a word, you input a view or picture. It is Great Fun!

    Yes, without Goggles!
In fact, if you were in MY tutor group, and YOU were responsible for that cone on the top of the statue, I would have sentenced you to litter-picking after lunch in the park opposite. A favourite spot for College lunchtime picnickers. And smokers . . .
I also remember the park because at the far side ws where the midwives had their clinic, when Mrs TG was expecting out first-born, nearly 50 years ago!
    Best wishes

Welshie - I can't cheat because I don't have a smart phone or tablet. But the place you have pictured here - Dovedale - is very special to Mr Marlin and me.[IMG]
