America eh? That's non EU. They'd have to pay them sufficient amounts to allow them to stay in the country and continue working then... Alternatively, pay a British citizen who understands the education system in this country and who has an understanding of what teachers really need in order to allow them to work effectively - of course I'm not talking about money - I'm sure that's at the heart of this proposal - furthering the privatisation of the education system. Sad to see NHS doctors currently receiving the same trammeling that teachers have endured for years now. At least the public still see the value of doctors and still have a modicum of respect despite trying to demonise them as the Government successfully did with teachers.
