It seems Cadbury is on a roll when it comes to upsetting its loyal customers since they were taken over by the Yanks. Is customer satisfaction no longer a virtue?

As I type, I see TES is proud that 72% of its customers will use TES next time they recruit. What do we make of this? 28% customer dissatisfaction?

I will remain a "fruit and nutcase", just not Cadbury's.
There are alternatives Cadbury, remember that.

Can't remember the last time I bought Cadbury's. Oh, hang on, I bought some misshaped from an outlet shop and vile they were too!

Cadbury's chocolate went downhill when Kraft took over. Next is the changed creme egg.

Surely, he was a fwuit and nut case? He eat the chocolate between pipes of 'cool, slow burning Ewinmore'.

It used to be a Cadbury's chocolate in its own right. Then it was changed to become Dairy Milk Fruit & Nut. It is now too sickly.

I agree. I just don't like the taste - haven't for a good few years now.

Edit: agree with Aspen that it's too sickly.

Way too sweet and sickly. If I need a good laxative I eat a bar of Kraft/Cadbury's chocolate.

    (TMI, sorry!)

Cadbury's chocolate now seems almost to be a sort of very viscous liquid. With patience, I'm sure you could bend it!

Lots of better chocolates around than Cadburys, IMHO....

Indeed - I never buy Cadbury's chocolate any more. I do retain a slight fondness for it, because Fruit and Nut got me through travelling to and from my university interviews in 75/76.

I buy my chocolate from Aldi now, so I don't really care. But I can hear Frank Muir doing the song when I read 'nutcase', as I'm sure everyone of a certain age did when reading the title of this thread. I'll see if I can find it...

Aw! Everwe one's a fwuit and nut case.

    Had to post this too:

Aldi chocolate is definitely the best. The 80% cocoa solids stuff.

They've started putting sultanas in with the raisins. Keeping costs down?

Love Aldi chocolate. Are the cherry liqueur chocs in, yet?
