As another poster has said the two organisations aren't comparable. Pearson is a global corporation with lots of different businesses and its annual sales are some 20 times larger than AQA. Its UK examination activities are maybe 5% - 10% of its business whilst UK exams are pretty much all that AQA does AFAIK. A closer comparison would be what Pearson's head of UK examination assessment division earns but I don't think that is published information. She/he is too low in the Pearson hierarchy to be disclosed.
