    Breibart London...

Yes, that's like asking a vegan to recommend a steakhouse isn't it.

If you think of it in terms of addictive drugs for the right wing, the Daily Mail would be alcohol, Breibart is heroin.

This is exactly the sort of behaviour we're seeing on here. Makes me ashamed to be a teacher!

A couple of anecdotes are not evidence of a widespread problem.

ah, back to the cut/paste approach.

To answer your 'question', some Leave supporters have been celebrating their writing and verbal skills in a very imaginative manner, which has been posted on another thread. Perhaps you'd care to read that? If not, then perhaps read through the daily fail and how some of their readers don't quite grasp what the repercussions for them will be. However, a few are enjoying threatening children, harrassing women and generally terrifying others. I was asked where I was from on Saturday in a shop near where I lived, being American was considered 'acceptable'.

But these are not just a couple of anecdotes. Just look through all the threads on this forum for proof of that.

The kind of people who shout racist and bigoted abuse at those who voted to Leave. I wonder if the social justice 'socialist' warriors are also teachers on their day off?

The article that you have quoted is just a couple of anecdotes which have been exaggerated to make a point. I have seen people on here accuse leave voters of causing problems for the country. That isn't abuse. I haven't seen anyone called thick or pond life.

The real racists are the people telling anyone of a different nationality or ethnic background to go home.

What was the racist abuse they shouted?

Erm, do you actually know what 'racist' means, Expert? You're using it...well, completely incorrectly.

The TES should be embarrassed to have published that article under that title. The text contains no justification for the heading. Very poor journalism.

I really don't know what was expected to happen after a long campaign by a party with a long history of racism and bigotry finally managed to get their way and divide the country. We were a very tolerant nation before UKIP came along.

Divide and conquer. Now we've got to live in hope that it'll be possible to find a leader who can reunite the nation, but where he or she's been lurking, is anyone's guess.

You mean people were shouted down for expressing legitimate concerns! That isn't the same thing as tolerance.

Most teachers are champagne socialist who have never known a days hardship in their lives.

They are frightened weaklings who have been beat up and continue to be beat up by government.

Education is in meltdown yet only 25% of NUT have the backbone to try to do something about it.

These are the people that look down on the working class.

Tell you what, you can have a chat with the Polish community in Hammersmith or perhaps in Peterborough.

Yes, that would be the era when Pa*i bashing was de rigeur and Stephen Lawrence was murdered.
