Hi all, does anyone have a recipe? I've done a search but my old computer won't display the results.
    Thank you in advance[IMG]

Thanks all. But does anyone know how to make it white like snow?
  3. Surely you just would add white paint either powder of ready made?
  4. Sorry for the spelling mistake....I meant powder OR ready made!

Oh yeah that would make perfect sense- sorry I'm a bit slow.
  6. I have made white playdough with the following recipe.

    2 cups salt,3/4 cup water,1 cup cornflour,1/2 cup water.

3/4 cup water and salt to pan and heat for 5 mins, add cornflour and 1/2
cup water, continue to heat until thick and smooth. This can be left to
harden for lasting creations.Store in airtight container when not in

It lasted for about a week but then went really slimy!

    slightly different but still cornflour
    1. Mix in a saucepan 1cup baking soda and 1/2cup cornflour

    2. Add 2/3cup warm water and stir until smooth

    3. Over medium heat, boil and stir until like mashed potatoes

    4. Pour onto board to cool

    5. Knead when cool

Makes 1-1/2cups, doubles well; hardens quickly; stores in airtight container for several weeks
