Which Biology based GCSE course should we choose?

Hello - looking for opinions and ideas please! I work at a Sixth Form College where we currently teach AQA GCSE in Human Health and Physiology for students who didn't quite get the grade they were after at secondary school etc.

We are looking to possibly replace this current one year GCSE course with another biology-based GCSE from any exam board.

Could people give me a quick low down on what the current GCSE biology options are as a stand alone GCSE?

    Many thanks!

  2. All exam boards will have a new GCSE Biology course - all reasonably similar in content, but different ways of assessing the coursework.
Or you've got IGCSE in Biology, or Human Biology, if you want to avoid coursework.
