Where find data on how long pupils and teachers spend doing various things

I'm doing some research on what happens in lessons in terms of how long pupils spend listening, working alone, working with others, being told off, being helped etc. etc.
So I'm looking for durations and quantitative data collection methods in classes.
Does anyone have any ideas about where to look? Organisations, journals, people?
    Thanks very much.
