    do any of you have the guts to send it on to an SLT lead? How do you even broach the idea of "the way we do it here is not as good as this idea" without putting their noses out of joint.

    I'd be terrified....

    Yes*... usually along the lines of "I was musing on what you said about X and wondered whether this piece might give food for thought" etc

    *I don't have twitter, but have sent links to blogs, TES articles, Guardian pieces, etc

    agree with tb9605, I have sent things on (but again I don't do twitter! nor the guardian...)
