'When you observe a colleague (as HOD) what are you looking for?

  1. I am stuck on this simply because I suspect it's a trick question. I feel the answer should be 'What the pupils LEARN (skills and content) not what you TEACH' Does it meet LO etc.
    However I am tempted to list it all i.e. classroom management esp beginnings and endings, that all VAK skills are addressed, that it has a range of activities to address all preferences. hhmmm
