    Yes Sid, I know what you mean. It's my hometown too and lots of family still live there. I feel the same guilt - want to do something but live 1000s of km away.Tomorrow's likely to bring bad news.

    It's hard to believe that Christchurch has been hit again, so shortly after the last quake. I've been looking at pictures of streets I often used to walk down and familiar landmarks that have now been badly damaged.

    What's more shocking is to think how fickle life is. If I'd got the job I should have got I'd still be there.
