What's the point of procedure

  1. This is great Gardening Leaves! As you can probably read between the lines for yourself, this is part of a on going battle that doesn't just involve me or this single problem. there have been so many frustrated staff leave in 2 years (14 in total!!!) and nothing is being done! I feel let down by my union and am waiting for a response for the Director of Children's Services/ Education but I think I am at the mercy of whether they are interested. The grievance letter I put in to the Chair of Governors and the head hasn't even been replied to.
