If you work in a school nursery for 5 mornings a week what is the contracted hours going to be as a percentage please?

Different schools do different things. Often it is 0.6, but sometimes the post is calculated as 0.5. In one school where I worked mornings early, the Head calculated the actual hours she required me to be in school and it came out as 0.52.

It can also be different between nursery and the rest of the school, as the rest of the school often splits more like 3:2 between morning and afternoon, but the nursery may run on 2.5 hour sessions. So you need to ask the school.
