    Hello there,

I was hoping to get your thoughts on the following question.

What one thing would directly impact on your teaching to make it both easier and more productive?

This could be resources, knowledge, skills, something that will free up time, make things easier to teach….

Have been thinking about this a lot since Xmas and getting a good work life balance.

A TA! I keep getting feedback that my Y3/4 classroom isn't updated enough, and I'd love some help managing my ability groups (P scales- Y5).

Trust. Trust that I am covering the curriculum without having to produce reams of evidence. Trust that I am personalising the curriculum without annotating a pile of paperwork. Trust that I am aware of, and am meeting the needs of the children in my class without having to fill out a pile of unnecessary forms.

Somewhere just for PPA - somewhere quiet.

To have a period of at least five years where the government doesn't change something. That sort of stability would be marvellous.

Not to have to produce a planning folder full of stuff I never look at once I've written it, because I'm experienced enough to know my medium term plans inside out and see what they children need teaching from day to day.

A return to a differentiated Maths' text book scheme! ( e.g. Peak Maths)
