What to do...

Discussion in 'Headteachers' started by transilvanian, Sep 17, 2012.

  1. Go and ask. Say you've heard they have a grievance so what is it? At this point you can explain the school policy regarding grievance in a supportive way. Later on, jot down a friendly reminder of what you discussed, on headed paper with a date. Keep a copy. You will need an evidence trail. If you hear more rumours do it again. They may come up with a serious complaint which you can pursue equally.
