I've just boiled my ham in Coke and it's glazed and resting, ready to be baked later. I've made it a few times now and the ham itself is glorious. However, I'm always left with the Coke/onion/ham stock cooking liquor in the pan and never know what to do with it. Nigella tell us NOT to throw it away in the recipe, but doesn't give any indications as to what it could be used for. Any ideas?
