What sorts of questions will be asked at head of history interview at current school?

Discussion in 'History' started by Lady Spurs, May 3, 2011.

  1. Have posted this in multiple forums. I have been at my school for 4 years and a head of history job has come up. I was just wondering what sorts of questions they will ask at interview. It's been a long time since I have had an interview.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

  3. In my interview last year I was asked what I would say to a VI form student who told me they didn't want to take A Level History because it was 'difficult'. I was also asked about how I would implement Community Cohesion within the department. I can't remember alot else from the interview... but I got the job, so can't have been too bad! Good luck!
