What sort of things does your ks3 coordinator do?

Just that really... And what do they talk about, what do they want to improve? Mine is focusing on two things writing lessons until we have four of the same one and redoing the rota. There must be more? I know there is more, but the image of the strong key stage 3 Coordinators I worked for are fading for me!

Thank bioman and Mark. Ferris, I think that I could cope without mine! I need to make them more effective some how....
