What is the difference between a Lead Teacher and a Coordinator?

    Hi,

There is a job advertised as being a 'Lead teacher of KS4'. How is this different to a KS4 Coordinator, or is simply the name the school has given for a traditional KS4 coordinator?

    Thanks.

What does the job spec say, may or may not be the same thing.
