  1. Here's some text from job vacancies in Lincolnshire:

    Key Stage 2 Teacher
    Grade: AD GRADE / 01 - AD GRADE / 02

What does the 'AD Grade' mean????

    Thanks

No idea and I teach in Lincolnshire! If you let me know the name of the school I can look on the internal vacancies bulletin tomorrow to see if this has any more information!

Just a thought, but I wonder if when the job advert was drafted the drafter wasn't sure what to put in at that point in the advert and so put in some dummy text that no-one remembered to change it before it went to press? It's happened before! A company I once worked for put a job ad in the local paper where the last para appeared as "blah blah add usual equal ops stuff" !
