What does the Inclusion Manager at your school do?

Discussion in 'Behaviour' started by dc88, Nov 26, 2011.

  1. For a school that large it would be unusual for a SENCo / Inclusion Manager to work with groups or individual children. The role would be primarily directing the SEN team (TAs etc), paperwork and management of IEP/IBPs.
  2. We do also have an SEN specialist who deals with foundation stage and KS1 so the Inc manager only really deals with KS2. Also the SEN in KS1 is always working with children and helping teachers with targets.
