    Good evening,

I have been given the position of acting PA. I have been doing it for about 6 weeks and have found my feet.

I am keen to now improve and become a real asset to my headteacher and I was hoping for some advice from other Headteacher's as to what you really value in your own PA's and why.

Also if you have sent your PA's on any training what was it.

    Thank you

Confidentiality, reliability, being trustworthy, accuracy, tact/diplomacy, understanding, versatility, uses initiative, decisiveness and has a similar sense of humour!
Not a lot to ask!! But also to be a well rounded human being.
They would be what I would like in a PA
