What did you observe during your classroom experience before applying for your PGCE/BEd?

I have just organised a classroom experience placement at an infants school to support my PGCE application and I was wondering if there is anything in particular that I should be looking out for and observing while at the school?

    Thanks in advance

I suggest you go in and listen to everything you're told by the staff there.

You could ask about SEN provision, literacy, and numeracy. Phonics. Look at displays.

Ask if you can shadow a TA - they do a very difficult job.

    Good luck.
