Is 'Little Englander' really a derisory term used by Germans about us?
Oh another one who won't be a new member either.
After the several kickings you have given me on the issues of rationality and free-will I am merely, and, I suppose, somewhat cheekily, pointing out that you are working from the basis that people are emotional and react on the basis of emotionality rather than Smith's rational self-service. Not that I am casting up, you understand.
Well apart from the sanitation, the medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, a fresh water system, and public health, what have the EU ever done for us?
Some of them were the Romans, who were a bit stroppier than Jean Claude.
When you say "we", I take it you include the:
Welsh, Scottish, Irish, French, Danish, Norwegian, Polish, Czechoslovak, Soviet, Indian, Australian, New Zealand, Canadian, South African,......... ?
You missed the most important, the English.
You previously wrote: Would little Englanders (a German form of derision before we 'twice' kicked their behinds)
I questioned your use of "we".
But I see you are incapable of remembering your own witterings for even a day.
Your deflection is noted and to clarify, I merely pointed out your glaring and very telling omission.
Do you really not understand plain English?
Asking for a friend.
Still in denial?
Put your mirror down.
