What a mess ?

  1. Ms Strang's decision comes as increasing numbers of headteachers are challenged by unions over management decisions, bids for academy status and other controversial changes.
I would not suggest this is an untrue statement, but would like to see the evidence.
  2. Is it not a good thing that management decisions are challenged by unions or whoever? School's Codes of Conduct should all incorporate the right of staff to challenge decisions that they see as being unjust or whatever.
While some HT's understand that that by treating their staff with respect and working with them, others seem to think otherwise.
  3. That didn't quite work -- did it?

Some HT's understand that that it is better to treat their staff with
respect and work with them, others seem to think otherwise.
We should all be on the same side.
