I believe we need to prioritise student and teacher wellbeing in our schools. I've started a blog covering different strategies that we can use to teach students how to manage their overall wellbeing, in an increasingly stressful world. Please check it out and share we others https://wellbeinginschools.home.blog/

I'd also love to know your thoughts on this topic and what strategies your, or your school, use to boost overall wellbeing of students and staff.

I have 'had a go' at producing music that will relieve stress and help staff to relax and sleep. Initial responses have been positive. Here's a link to information about the CD of appropriate music I have written, recorded and produced - it's called 'Teacher's Rest'. Any feedback would be most welcome too. Thank you.

I'm pleased that many have now obtained copies of the 'Teacher's Rest' CD (See above). For those who have, has it been useful? Any feedback would be welcome,
