I almost didn't see the second part!
They're talking about Beechgrove Garden on Great British Chef Off Menu.
Brain too tired!
It's a Scottish gardening programme which used to filmed just up the road from where I grew up. It's very local!
The first two are pretty easy.
Thank you Marlin. xxx
A slap will be supplied I think...
Have never got the appeal of couscous... a left over prejudice from school dinners...
Mr V brought in a warm barbecued chicken a some good bread. I couldn't taste the chicken at all, but the crunchy seeded bread provided a welcome texture.
I forgive him for passing on the lurgy. As Mr V came in he handed me a cool and soothing Magnum choc ice. The melted chocolate blob on the rug will be addressed tomorrow.
Any correct Lila?
They gave you couscous at school dinners?
Our was all gammon, tatties and beans. Couscous would have blown the dinner wifies minds.
Marlin: My guess
Any correct Lilac?
It was in France... their version of tatties and beans.
Nope... no idea why...
Couscous for school lunch? Unbelievably exotic. Watery cabbage and lumpy mash would make a man of you.
And then this...
Ah, that makes more sense.
