Weather in Glasgow

Discussion in 'Personal' started by airy, Jul 27, 2011.

  1. The forecast says it's warm and sunny just now. Is that true?
  2. That was certainly true when I lived down the coast........ barely needed a jacket in winter..... But I'm slightly more inland now, and it DOES get cold! My friend had frost last week..... that is unusual, but can happen... nights are 2-4 degrees..... I'm acclimatized now... so that feels like freezing! Having said that.. .the days are still warm.... My neck is sunburnt! Hope the wedding goes well, Seren.

Lovely here in Edinburgh. Thank God, as I'm off wigwamming on a farm tomorrow with friends!
  4. Please keep the lovely weather going for another couple of weeks! Camping and sailing around west coast next week, could do without rain and wind. Though a breeze to see off the midges would be useful!
