Very bright year 2 class coming up- what to teach?

Search on google for the 'What I can do in maths, level 2' documents and plan some activities that allow you to watch and see if children really can do these things. If they can, move on to level 3, if not then go over the bits they are weak on.

Definitely wouldn't bother with exam papers for year 2.
  2. Thanks MinnieMinx that has been so helpful :D
  3. Hi
Some simple carousel games should be enough for you to figure out if the levels were accurate. I would still cover level 2 objectives just to make sure there aree no gaps in the children's learning.
