Using Youtube at school

Discussion in 'Primary' started by AlBell, Jun 8, 2011.

  1. Quick straw poll. Can you and do you use YouTube in the classroom? If you can't access it what do you use instead?
  2. We have a staff proxy server that allows us to access it, and I do useit on occassion. Prior to the staff proxy, I would sometimes download the youtube vids and convert them.

A couple of good video hosting places that aren't filetered on our system are the BBC Learning Zone site and Videojug.

  3. Thanks & where would you go for Geography type clips if there wasn't what you need on BBC?
