urgent but easy to answer hopefully

  1. My son has worked as a TA but left and is now applying for a job. The app form is asking What is your basic understanding of child development and learning? Anyone know what they are expecting him to say? He worked but did not study Piaget or any of that lot - what's the generic answer needed here please?

    Forgive me if I have missed something here, but all the application forms I have filled in have never asked questions, the question you are asking could be asked at interview. If you google your question it will give you the answer, child development etc is broken down into ages 0-2
    2-4 etc. Good luck to your son.
